The hair extensions came packages neatly and were exactly as shown in ad.

One of them broke straight away
And another one soon after. Whilst the customer service was polite enough, they offered me either a 3EUR refund or a replacement of the single clip from china which would take several weeks. Rather underwhelming, cheap product, severely overpriced. They all lie in a tangled mess after one or two uses. I wouldn’t recommend.

You get what you pay for
These are inexpensive, and the hair isn't great quality. But my LO loves them, and she lets me do her hair in the morning thanks to these clips. So they were worth it to me, even if they do get irreparably tangled.
