The seat appears to be made of the same plastic as a regular toilet seat. It is sturdy and fits perfectly over a toilet seat. It has drainage holes in the back to release overflow water as you get comfortable. It is also collapsible and comes in different colors. It is easy to clean either with a soapy cloth or with disinfectant wipes and it can left to air dry or wiped dry.

Fits fine over the rim of the toilet seat. Easy to clean and it is great that it collapses for easy storage. Arrived promptly! The packet of salts/ oils was extremely soothing. Overall, great product for intended use!
