MTHFR Support/Game Changer
I saw a functional Dr I when my digestive & skin health declined and my PCP could not determine a root cause. After multiple expensive but helpful tests my functional Dr. discovered I have the MTHFR mutation so I need methylated folate/B12. This supplement has increased my energy taken with breakfast. And Dr had me combine it with Alpha Lipoic Acid.
