Love it!
Super great product. Used it to color sourdough and it didn't change the taste at all. A little goes a long way! It did come out more of a pink color than purple in the dough. Would be great for dyeing eggs!

Awesome Ube powder
Love this Ube powder. Tastes amazing and loaded with antioxidants. I’ve used it as food coloring and boosting Ube flavored baked goods and confections I’ve created. Delicious and beautiful color

Excellent for baking!
Very vibrant color. Couldn’t find ingredient list on the packaging which is odd, so I assume there is no additives as in it is only pure purple potato (ube). I used it to make Swirl Rye Sourdough Shokupan (milk bread). The flour itself is somewhat loose, it takes sometimes to get it mixed into the dough as post addition. But boy, it does hold up the color during baking! You can also taste the ube but not overpowering, it really depends on how much you add. I used 25g in this 800g loaf. Like other reviewers mentioned, it is somewhat pricey but the quality is superior, so I don’t mind it. Highly recommended!

Purple YamCake
I used this to make purple yam cake that turned out great. My only disappointment was that the cake wasn’t as bright a purple as shown in pictured. But flavor was good, it was easy to use and was a good quality product.

Beautiful color
Delicious fibrous add to any dish. Kind of sweet, but not too sweet. I put it in my taro milk tea to add some cool purple color and flavor.

Tastes good but it is NOT Ube
I admit I should have read more closely, but the listing title says Ube, and it is not. Purple sweet potato is different than ube, this definitely just tastes like sweet potato. It was still good in the Blondie I made, but not what I was looking for.

good taste
I bought this to add to my sourdough bread. The bread turned out so pretty and the taste was good. Fun way to add color and healthy benefits to sourdough. Would recommend this to anyone looking to explore ingredients they are new to.
