great value for the price
I have been using this pan for a few weeks, almost daily. It performs quite well and with proper care it seems to last long enough. great value for its price. food doesn’t stick, it heats fairly quick. the size is right for a 1 portion meals. it could feel bit heavier than average, but given its quality is ok.

The pan you've been waiting for
Best pan ive bought so far. Great nonstick coating that has been used daily. I bought a nice (knock off) hexclad and this pan blows it out of the water. Cleans quick and heats nice and evenly. I dont heat it past medium on my gas stove to keep from scortching

VERY POOR QUALITY!!!!
Very poor quality! After 2 months the coating is chipping and the color on the bottom is fading. We hand wash it and we are super careful, but this is NOT what we expected. BTW…Misen has only 1.2 star rating on BBB.

Misen knives and pans
I am a professional chef. while I pretty much use stainless steel and carbon steel at my business these are incredible. these pans do not stick period end of statement . I am ordering a shitload of these for my business. ALL my knives are Misen Knives do not buy the junk from Germany Misen has the same steel but they sharpened at 15 degrees which turns them into the baddest quality tool to put in your kitchen. Trust me 3 years later they stay razor sharp. Get these tools (and buy the pans( it will make you a better chef)

Solid Frying Pan
I like the fact that the pan is PFOA-free. I've made a few dishes so far and the pan heats up fast—definitely faster than All Clad I replaced. It is also much lighter than All Clad. I had to order a second one because the first one arrived with a flat edge from being dropped in transit. There really isn't any form of pan protection inside the box. That said, I worry if it is dropped and lands on a side that it will damage the pan. This won't happen with All Clad because they use a much thicker metal gauge. The pan is easy to clean and the handle is really comfortable. The price was right also for replacing a scratched 12" pan.

Simply The Best Non-Stick for Our Induction Range!
We already use the Misen 10" and 12" fry pans, and we LOVE them! The non-stick surface has an ever-so-slightly rough texture, which releases food with ease. The handles NEVER get hot on our induction stove, so a handle cover is unnecessary. And, they do NOT warp when heated! In addition, they work on gas, electric and induction stoves. The heat spreads well across the entire cooking surface, which is larger than most 8" pans offer. That's because of Misen's extended flat cooking surface with somewhat more upright walls. I must admit, though, that they take a bit longer to preheat, compared to Misen's stainless steel fry pans, which we also own. But it's not so long as to be a real issue, IMHO. Misen claims these will last considerably longer than other non-stick pans - even ones from respected big-name brands. The non-stick surface is quite different from the others, so I tend to believe Misen's claim. We never set the burner higher than medium with non-stick pans. And that's in keeping with Misen's advice to lengthen the pan's useful life. BTW, medium heat is plenty to heat these pans for most any cooking you might do. Ignore the TV ads for other non-sticks telling you that you can even use metal utensils. No matter what non-stick you buy, even Misen, don't use anything but wooden, silicone or nylon utensils. And, don't put the pan in the dishwasher, which exposes it to harsh detergents. They clean up in the sink so easily, so why would you want to? Even the outside of the pans is non-stick for easy cleaning (except for the bottom, of course)! If you're buying a Misen pan as a gift for someone in your household, be aware they arrive in a box that clearly shows what's inside. But, I think Amazon may offer discreet packaging for gifts during checkout.

WHAT A PRETTY SHINY HANDLE
NOT TERRIBLE, BUT NOT WONDERFUL. HOWEVER THE SHINY HANDLE IS JUST A SHINY HANDLE. WAY TOO SMALL WITH NO GRIP. PAN IS INCLINED TO ROTATE WHEN USED WITH A POTHOLDER NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU GRIP IT. PAN IS NOTHING SPECIAL BUT NOT TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE EITHER. MUCH HAPPIER WITH MY COMMERCIAL RESTAURANT PANS WITH MORE PRACTICAL USEFUL SAFER UNSHINY HANDLES
