This “The Claw” crane game works really well. . The carnival music is very loud and cannot be turned off during play. Use the joy stick to maneuver the claw and press the right button to have the claw drop down and grab. The claw pilots itself back to the shoot to drop the loot. We bought Disney Parks Pixar Toy Story Big Bucket O' Little Green Men from Amazon at the same time and used them. They worked perfectly. Good fit inside, in claw, and shoot. Claw lifted them with no problem (see pic). Our son was delighted to get a for real The Claw Crane game with Little Green Men.

I wanted to love this adoreable claw catcher, especially as the rocket ship. I have a bucket of little green aliens that fit perfectly with this - however it pays to read the reviews cause I was warned. The claw just does not work - this is the second unit I purchased- I was hoping the first one was just a fluke and I would get lucky with the second but no good. The claw does not retract after a few tries. It misses on the pick up (in that the claw will not drop) - it drags and all in all it just does not work. What a huge huge disappointment - if the manufacturer would just fix the issue with this design it would be the cutest claw on the market. Now its just the most broken.

I got this dispute bad reviews. It worked perfect & my son loved it. After about 4 hours of constant play it all of a sudden started working in reverse. Very strange. I exchanged it for a new one and we figured out it can’t be filled too high. Since receiving the new product it has worked just fine

This is a fun toy for little ones who love claw machines! I would give it 5 stars, but it could really use a volume control button or a feature to turn off the carnival music and still be able to play the game.

Bought two of these for each of my daughters for Christmas. I could tell something was up with one of them, acted a little strange but was working. After about a day my oldest daughters started to not go up and down correctly. The next day it was ok. Then two days later the claw is stuck down, when the button is hit to drop and grab it goes up with claw open and moves to chute. Now the claw is halfway down and will not go up or down. The other machine still works fine so that's why I gave 2 stars.

To bad there's not a No star rateing option because I ordered this as some free time fun I tested it when it came in and not even a half hour later it started acting up the claw got stuck half way or even less when I wanted it to drop and when it did work it closed on the way down and opened on the way up so don't bother ordering its not even worth free two day shipping
