HHIP 5071-4208 3 x 1/8 x 1" High Speed Steel Plain Slitting Saw

3 x 1/32 x 1I had to cut aluminum heatsink material (for 50 pieces) to length. Using a few dabs of green Anchor Lube on both sides of the blade these cut beautifully. Final cut of the aluminum was a mirror finish better than the factory cut on the other end of each heatsink. The Anchor Lube kept things cool, slick and smooth while cutting. A cream lube like this works great with a slitting saw because it is a cream not a liquid, and its water based so when some of it flies off the saw at startup it's less of a mess and the parts just wash up with Dawn soap. Cant say how these blades work with steel, but with aluminum they work great. I custom machine aluminum heatsinks for electronics and never got such a fine glass cut until now.

Only use on aluminum but works great.

Cut a slot exactly as I wanted. Got the speed right and it cut well

But they are..That being said, I just opened the pack & haven't yet even check fitment to chuck /let let alone, slot any stock.Will update if equipment falls short of my rating

Seems in spec, cuts well, and has the keyway as described. The center hole size is a good tight fit.

Not as shown in photo in description. Does not have keyway. Disappointing.

The teeth are not quite concentric with the center hole, but close enough to work properly. My arbor has near 0 runout so the runout is in the saw. Cut a slot in the end of 0.500'' round 303 SS, 0.550'' deep. Made 3 pieces, worked fine.

It says twice, "with keyway". There is no keyway! NOT as advertised!
