The biggest question you’ll ask yourself if you’re researching this product is “Is this a scam?” or “Do I actually need to sanitise?”, because I went through the same process too. From what I’ve learned, it isn’t a scam. Your washing machine and detergents are designed to remove germs and dirt, but not to sterilise or "kill everything" (google it). It’s usually the higher temperatures of 60 °C and above that kill most of the remaining germs. But personally, running 60 °C+ washes tends to shrink my clothes, so I use this sanitiser which makes me more comfortable running cold and 30 °C washes. I’ve now gotten into the habit of using it for almost everything because why not, and it’s actually pretty cheap in this deal where you get 6L worth. It also smells good and gives my laundry a consistent scent, probably because it advises you add it to the fabric softener drawer, which comes in during the final rinse before the spin. I’ve noticed this especially because I actually have two different detergents that I switch between depending on what I’m washing (for example, clothes vs towels and other bits and bobs). 2 caps full in the fabric softener draw and you're set. I recommend this product, especially during flu season.

This laundry sanitiser is a good value for the size 1.5L x6. The fragrance is pleasant and I like that its antibacterial effect works just as well in a cold wash. The bottle is sturdy and easy to handle.
