I have a systemic arthritis disorder which has led to profound joint deterioration. I’ve used about every topical out there…..some burn, others are cooling…most of them smell very strongly. This ointment is very different. There is no capsaicin so no burning. It isn’t greasy and there is no odor at all.In terms of impact, I was surprised at how effective this product is for my joint pain, both in my hands and knees. It is soothing without adding heat or noxious fragrance. I’m very pleased with it, it’s the first time I’ve tried this.

Works great

This German made ointment is a thick white paste about the consistency of toothpaste. I have been using on a finger with a ligament tear and arthritic knee a couple times a day for a few days. I have learned to use less than I think I need because I can always add more. It takes it several minutes to sink in and us a little greasy at first. I wipe off any excess after several minutes. I am already noticing a difference in inflammation and joint pain. There is no noticeable smell or fragrance and no tingling or burning sensation. It just quietly works in the background.

I wanted to try this for tendonitis and foot pain. I used it a few times and did experience some temporary pain relief however it was very temporary. I started doing a little research, because I did not recognize some of the ingredients on the tube. As I began to research this company, I saw an article stating that the FDA has issued a warning letter to the company in regards to "unapproved injectable homeopathic products that claim to treat “inflammatory and degenerative conditions of the musculoskeletal system” and relieve pain, swelling and joint stiffness." While this cream doesn't fall into that catagory, it does make me a little uneasy to use this brand. I looked up Funiculus umbilicalis suis (porcine umbilical cord) which is PIG. I personally will not continue to use this. For anyone with an allergy to animal products, this could be a problem.

This is some unique cream with a whole bunch of ingredients you've likely never heard of. I did find that this company received some heat from the FDA for this exact product, which concerns me a bit, but I tried it anyway. I did not notice any help with my arthritis pain so did not keep using it.

I rubbed this on my ankle that I have arthritis in and it seemed to help me before bed or when I get up. That is the only time I use it. . .and it is really about the only time I need something. When I am active during the day, it doesn't seem to bother me. So for me, this product works to just help with the pain so I can sleep.
