These are great vitamins. My nutritionist recommended them. She sells them at her office but I can get them cheaper on Amazon

I found this multi vitamin and mineral (and a lot more) on Dr. Mark Hyman's website. He has tested supplements for authenticity, something the FDA apparently does not do. I found the company Metagenics, on the website and it has noticeably helped support my health.
