I ordered it for my Mom and I am also drinking green tea for the first time, I had cold and cough so I tried making a healthy tea with ginger, pepper, cinnamon, honey, lemon along with green tea. It felt good. The intake of tea made my head feel lighter and fresh. The quality is good. Feeling of bitterness depends upon how much you are boiling and brewing. There is no dust component in the pouch there are whole leaves. I will review it after taking it for a month and see if really helps in other aspects like weight management and blood sugar control or not.
