Arrived in a isolated and refrigerated box. Well done! The last time I received the pellets partially melted. This is a very welcome initiative. I will purchase again with confidence. We are talking about real chocolate from Belgium, not the sweet brown wax from San Francisco.

I have bought Callebaut chocolate for years now. I love it on my breakfast greek yogurt with nuts and berries. I like this particular order because I have discovered that these little callets are easier than buying the big blocks and breaking it up with a food chopper or a coffee bean grinder. :)

Best quality, 55% is better used for hot chocolates and this is best for baking.

Some of the best chocolate, came nice, not melted together in a big block, I guess it depends on where you live and what time of the season you order it, keep that in mind when ordering, taste is awesome, melts flawlessly, silky and smooth
