I would have given this a 5 star but will give it a 4.5 star. It is an excellent product immediately felt the different. The only flaw is the size chart is wrong. I am a 43 inch around my belly but the xxl barely fit. So I have no clue who did the measurements but it is super off. Other than that I highly recommend especially when you have to sit for long hours in the office.

Few years back I fall off the window and broke my back, life has never been the same after that. I was in a long recovery and thankfully all my motor skills and functions were fully recovered but I still often suffer from backpain. 2 pregnancies later and some extra weight added, now it’s the worse it’s ever been. Over time I also developed scoliosis because I constantly lean forward to accommodate discomfort in my back.I tried several different back braces and posture correctors and while they do help I found myself feeling hot and uncomfortable while wearing them outside, especially the ones that go all across the back. To rectify that, I decided to try this one that only goes across the lower back. The brace offers great support and even it sits across the lower back it still prompts me to sit properly and reminds me to keep a correct posture. The secret is in the spring stabilizers that are built in vertically across the back. It’s not too hot and it’s easily adjustable due to generous velcro strip that serves to adjust the size. I am 5’5” with the regular torso and mommy pouch and this brace fits perfectly across my stomach and back. Upper back of the brace goes high enough to keep me in a correct position comfortably. I usually wear it under the shirt but it goes the both ways.

It is good for people that needed. My therapist told me not to use this. I return it

I have bad lower back and having to sit on a chair all day in front of a computer really doesn't help. My doctor told me that I need to get off the chair every hour to stand and walk around for few minutes to relieve pain in the lower back. I got this back support brace to wear while sitting down and it really makes a big difference in my lower back as it has multiple stabilizer bars on the back that helps me sit upright without slouching. The 4 outer elastic straps enables me to adjust and tighten the waist to support and secure my lumbar and lower back. I can wear this almost all day due to the breathable material and it does relieve pain in my lower back even when I'm not getting off the chair to stand and walk around. Highly recommend it to those who has bad lower back like I do.

Having used this for a while only the part thats starting to stretch and fade is the best part of this support. Velcro steps starting to go but this really helped me when sitting on a plane. Having pain from S1 and above, sitting is awful. To have a little relief for few hours knowing transportation is not going to comfortable is great

This is a great back brace. I threw my back out really bad to the point where I could barely walk without being in pain, but once I put this brace on and tightened it down, I was able to walk and it reduced the pain by at leart 75 %. One main Velcro strap around your waist and two additional Velcro straps on the sides let you tighten it and adjust it as much as you need to in order to help reduce your back pain. Highly recommended.

The sizing chart says XXL is 55-66.5 inches, so I thought it'd be perfect (54-55 inches myself and 61 inches for a friend who wants one). Unfortunately, this belt barely fits around me with an inch or so of overlap to close it - and I have to stay standing to use it. The straps on it are great for tightening the fit - I had my thinner wife give it a try, and it fit her 50ish inches better and while sitting.So keep that in mind! It's a decent device, but the sizing should probably be reduced by 10-12 inches for the actual maximum waist each size can fit.Updated: The seller illegally contacted me to offer a refund, but only if I delete or update my negative review. All I asked for was an update to the measurements to accurately record stretched and unstretched sizing. Originally I left 3 stars, but now I've updated to 1 for the unprofessional outreach and attempt to sway my review.
