VOKKA Posture Corrector for Men and Women, Spine and Back Support, Providing Pain Relief for Neck, Back, Shoulders, Adjustable and Breathable Back Brace Improves Posture and Provides Back Support

I used the VOKKA Posture Corrector for Men and Women, Spine and Back Support for about two to three months when I was working from home. I was initially hesitant to try it, but I was having trouble maintaining good posture while working on my laptop.The posture corrector is easy to put on and take off. It is also adjustable, so I could find a comfortable fit. I wore the posture corrector for a few hours each day, and I noticed a difference in my posture after a few weeks.The posture corrector helped me to keep my back straight and my shoulders back. It also helped to relieve some of the tension in my neck and shoulders. I was able to focus on my work better and I felt less tired at the end of the day.I would recommend the VOKKA Posture Corrector to anyone who has trouble maintaining good posture, especially if you work from home or spend a lot of time sitting at a desk. However, it is important to note that the posture corrector should be used in conjunction with other good practices, such as keeping a healthy weight, exercising regularly, and using a desk and chair that are the correct height.

I bought this product for two reasons, one that I wanted to straighten out my posture and two that I get a lot of shoulder pain in my right shoulder when sitting at my desk all day.I've given the product 4 stars because it does work to a degree I'm satisfied with for the price I paid, and I'll continue to use it.I will say, I bought the right size for me and the posture corrector is very comfortable when used on top of clothing as suggested. It helps support and pull my shoulders back to help minimise the pain I get in my right shoulder, so I'm more comfortable at my desk for longer periods of time. It does certainly help my posture somewhat around the shoulders, but as for elsewhere on my upper body/entire back it falls a little short for me.Maybe it's that my particular problem stems from lower in my back than the corrector reaches, or there's some other factor to it. But I can pull this as tight as I like and I can still slouch forward with no problems or uncomfortable feeling what so ever.It doesn't really force your shoulders back enough for me, or apply enough pressure to my upper back to force me to sit straighter - but pulling it too tight hurts around my sides rather than increasing pressure on my shoulders and upper back.That being said, it does HELP - It's not a miracle cure for my particular problem, but it performs adequately enough that I'll continue to use it to help support my upper back and shoulders in conjunction with a lumbar support. So it's kind of in the middle for me, it certainly helps and supports and pulls back my shoulders to a degree - but falls a little short of what I actually want/need it to do.Maybe from the outside perspective of someone else the difference may be huge in my posture while wearing it, but from what I can feel it's not quite doing what I need. I definitely recommend others at least try it, as I said it's helping for me enough that I'll continue to use it :)

Should have gotten next size up

Look no further, this is the one you should buy. I don't write reviews oftern but this product blew me away how different in comfort and support, to the point I have to tell everyone.I've bought about 4 other back supports over the years and non seems to fit well and when they do they destroy your arm pits after a few hours of using it.VOKKA's one is great because you don't need to reach over your back to find the strap adjuster and the strap's tension is widly adjustable because the lower belt is fully velcro. I've not had any weird irritations yet from the straps but I'll give an update when I do. The back support has a wider footprint supporting more of your back. The straps that goes around your shoulders are soft, elastic and very comfortable.

Great product really helps keeping my posture correct. Really comfy to wear but I had to wear a thing long sleeved top then put posture corrector on top of that otherwise I found it really rubbed near my armpit and made it sore. As soon as I did that it felt so much more comfy.

At first the support felt pretty good; it gave support and corrected my posture which was exactly what I was looking for.However, after using for a couple of weeks the supports inside the fabric casing kept coming loose and out of the top (they bottom of the fabric casing is stitched shut but the top isn't), I keep reinserting but half an hour later and they're out again (see photo). It is now causing more pain and discomfort than support so I have had to stop wearing, I'll search the web and see if there is a better one available.

I have just recieved this product, on first inspection the quality is great and it seems to work as intended by pulling my shoulders back to correct my posture, however I immediately an issue, the posture corrector tends to rise to far up my back and this issue is especially a problem when sitting down and it rises higher even still, perhaps this will get better as I get used to wearing it or by attaching it to by normal belt but atm it doesnt seem to work while sitting.

I've worn this for the past few days. At first i was holding myself from buying it as i didn't have much trust in them but man, do they make a difference. My shoulders were always leaning forward and kinda saggy but not anymore. This has really helped me straighten my back postue and my lower back hurts less. It really does make wonders.It has 2 pieces of wood that's sewn in and helps holding your posture right.I'm wearing it all day no matter if i'm at home or at work. Most of the time i'm not even feeling it's there as i got used to it. It takes a few days to accomodate with it but after that you won't even notice it anymore.Would recomend to anyone looking for help fixing their posture.Very cheap for what it does and i'm very happy with it.The material is breathable and i've not yet got sweaty in it.Very happy with the purchase!

I lost 4 or 5 of these, so naturally I've reordered many. Since I've tried so many different brands, let me tell you why this is the only back support I always come back to order:See the strap material on the photo? This is the only back support out there made out of a similar strap to those you'll find in car sear belts. Nothing seems stronger and heavier duty than these. Which helps to keep my shoulders back and aligned with strength, other brands are made with crappy, weak straps.If you're like me and require a firm, stiff back support that won't let you crouch, this is your go to.

Edit 2; I have been using it for 10 and I am seeing longer and longer periods of better posture after I remove it. The aching muscles after use reduced quickly too. I very much like this product t for posture correction.Edit: today I received email instructions for how to use this product.This arrived two days ago and I was going to give it at least a week, maybe two to reveiw but the effects have been almost immediate. I barely feel it when it pulls me in to posture other than a sense of easier breathing and a slightly distorted world view, but when I take it off it leaves me actually quite sore, but in that way you know your muscles are being worked. I maintian my posture after I take it off for quite some time which I was not expecting. The effects began after first use, though it has yet to have any permanent effect. This is only my second use. I will update with time.I have a very small bunch where I perissitnatly slouched from my early teen years. I am 33. My spine is definatly not well aligned.I am a rotund woman and require the largest size; it fit comfortably.It did not come with instructions but I found what is published on this page to be more than sufficient to demonstrate use. It did have a reusable bag for storage.The materials seem well made and the seems have no issues.Will update of anything changes :)I was offered a reimbursement for an honest reveiw of this product.

LEGGERE FINO ALLA FINE PER AGGIORNAMENTORicevuto questa mattina, scrivo una recensione come prima impatto. Partiamo dal presupposto che soffro ultimamente alle spalle, braccia e testa in modo cronico, infatti appena ricevuto l’ordine i miei occhi brillavano. Pacco sigillato perfettamente, prodotto visivamente spettacolare, non è per niente banale soprattutto nelle rifiniture, indossato subito seguendo le linee della descrizione ed indossando una maglia sotto il prodotto. A primo impatto ho resistito giusto 10 min, tira molto è da un fastidio sotto le braccia in modo assurdo. Non potete immaginare il mio dispiacere perché l’ho acquistato per dolori cronici. Ho riprovato nel pomeriggio e l’ho tenuto qualche ora mettendo i polsini per le spalle sotto le ascelle ma niente per tutto il tempo ero lì a tirare in quella parte per avere un po’ di sollievo. Però mi dispiace perché funziona bene nel senso che tiene dritti e tira per bene se non fosse per quello che incide molto sull’indossamento del prodotto e quindi facendolo lavorare bene sarebbe da non 5 ma 10 stelle. Consiglio: provate ad aggiungere qualcosa di soffice in quel punto in modo da avere una maggiore efficienza. Proverò comunque in questi giorni a provare trovando un modo per alleviare il problema sotto le braccia sperando di trovarne uno perché per me è davvero un qualcosa di utile per i reumatismi. Vi farò sapere...Post recensione: sono trascorsi alcuni giorni dalla prima recensione, ho indossato il prodotto in modo ripetuto. Confermo il problema iniziale, indossandolo dopo circa un oretta di resistenza sono costretta a toglierlo perché fa male sotto le braccia, tenendolo più largo in quel punto Purtroppo non fa bene il suo lavoro e impostando nella modalità buona inizia a far veramente male. Dovrebbero creare qualcosa che attutisce in quel punto perché poi sarebbe perfetto. Ci sono rimasta tanto male perché mi serve sul serio un prodotto che mi aiuti ma provvederò in altro modo.POST RECENSIONE DOPO ALCUNI MESI: nonostante il fastidio sotto le braccia(diventato sopportabile) devo dire che svolge il suo lavoro, i dolori cronici alla testa sono attutiti dato che mi permette di assumere una posizione corretta. Avendo tramite controlli riscontrato delle problematiche più particolari alla mia colonna vertebrale, penso che lo utilizzerò per tantissimo tempo. Utilizzandolo quotidianamente i fastidì iniziali svaniscono.
