Great quality!
Really nice set! I brought it to work for light stretching. It’s more of a fabric material so I wouldn’t want to get super sweaty and use them… I feel like they would soak in the moisture. Haven’t put them to a hard enough use to break a sweat so that’s just an observation not fact-based.

Great bands for beginners
If you’re looking for some nice quality bands these are it. I was skeptical because the price was too good to be true but once I got them it proved me wrong. Overall sturdy and has good resistance and they don’t roll off you like those plastic ones. Would recommend 👍

Okay for the Price
The booty bands work fine. I did experience some slipping with certain exercises but not to the point where I had to completely stop in middle of my workout to fix it. I got this set due to the long resistance bands and while the light and medium are perfect, they’re too easy. When I tried to use the heavy, I found it wouldn’t even stretch far enough over my head to comfortably do a tricep overhead extension. I’m 5’8. If you’re perhaps shorter this might not be a problem.
