Unfortunately, this is an item we needed to send back.. after owning x1 almost identical for approximately a year- the motor somehow died and needed to be replaced. For the price point, I wasn’t disappointed in its x1 year lifespan- and chose to replace with same item.Only this particular razor is a look-alike of the same one we owned bc exact option we had wasn’t available.. Problem is, this does not in any capacity, cut and/or shave..at all??!! It’s almost as if there is no blade included- and yet there is! Yes, we remove the safety cover, and I am not for certain.. but would almost guess the razor blades sharp edge is connected wrong side out?! So, instead of trimming.. the razor edge just glides long doing nothing at all??I’m guessing we have a fluke… As we had luck the first time with this style razor. However, at this point, all I can do is return and start over and see what the results bring.Otherwise, this is a substantial built device with a lot of extra pieces that I do not know how to operate or change out. No detailed specifics were included with our purchase to do so… maybe we received one that was incomplete? I’m just not certain- it does include tools, but no directions… It also comes with a replacement blade, but I do not want to except if the first one isn’t working!! This charges really well overnight and can hold its charge for a day up to a week- depending on how often it’s used. This has a red charge light to let you know when it’s powered to charge.. and blue when it’s ready.I can’t discriminate against completely because we had decent results choosing this style razor in the past. However, whatever we have received is lacking the necessary quality control to function in any capacity… Especially, as a Christmas gift! Hopeful that replacing will bring us positive results! Hoping info helps decision- stay safe everyone.

I like it very much. Shaved beard and head for half of the time. The other famous brand I have first doesn't close shave. 2 it takes a long time bc you have to go over and over to make sure it got everything.Bought the black one but on eBay , black one sucks. It dies several times on a full charge plus this one is thicker the body is where battery is is wider but same length. Not sure what the difference is.But this one is very good

This is my first time using this type of hair trimmer, I haven't had a chance to test battery yet but seems to be okay, best value for money.

Battery died after 2 weeks. Used the charging cable came with it to charge. it won’t charge and still dead. Left it charging for 2 days and still died. It is a one time use machine and throw away

This product is not good it's leaving scars on the neck and prone to skin allergy. We tried with couple of members at home.
