Does it only record to sd card or is there a cloud option? If cloud also, is it only subscription service through d-link or support 3rd party service?

I don’t think there is cloud services. I’ve been through all the settings and options, but haven’t found anything about cloud. I had the logic circle 2 and your only option was cloud, I switched to the Omna so I wouldn’t have to pay a subscription. So if you want a subscription Logic circle 2 but if not Dlink OMNA 180 both good choices.

Unfortunately not. This camera is not equipped for that. Sorry.

Does allow viewing/capturing via rtsp protocol?

This camera was designed only for the Apple Homekit environment. Most other D-Link cameras (except DCS-8xxxLH-series) will support RTSP protocol.
