Hello, everyone. This is my first time ever buying this phone and I will tell you by experience.It has been wonderful. I bought this phone with the company thegizmotrader. And I'm gonna give my honest review.This company is awesome, and it is a company Is compared to It is very honest and answers every question I have. I was scared to buy this phone with looking at reviews and youtube videos, but I decided to take a gander. Before I bought this phone, I contacted them prior, and they were very responsive to answering all my questions. Especially one name that I do want to give out her name is Jessica. Thank you for answering my many questions. She has made the whole purchase much easier to buy. When I received it, the condition looked as it was brand new, the screen looked great the hindge was quite and the battery was good. But the point is that in short, if you ever want to buy a phone device, etc, buy with thegizmotrader in mind.

When it arrived....The back glass on the lower half fell off after 3 days the hinge is miss aligned and the screen protector is missing.I bought the excellent refurbished and I can tell you a repherb folding phone is probably not a good ideaTHE SELLER HAS RASIED THE PRICE BY AROUND 60$UPDATESDec17 hinge makes a nasty grinding sound now.Dec31 the speaker on the lower half heats up the area of the phone so much I get worried it's gunna melt something I don't think I've ever come across this sort of thing before.Feb12 phone is working the hinge has become looser the grind noise in the hinge sounds more like a wet fart grind then a bunch clicks kinda grind and is not as loud I kinda wonder if it's a break in thing or the hinge at time of testing was okayed to be used in the repherb....no scratches on device haven't dropped it yet screen is still as pristine as when I bought it if all is well in a month ill change my rating but keep in mind I treat my phone like a baby....better then a baby in sum ways.......weird that that's a thing but I got a screen protector on both screens a UAG case I hope my review is helpful to sum when making a choice if u do decide to go with a repherb remember is not as perfect as a new one but I think that just comes with the repheb folding phone territory but I garentee you this these phones are delicate so if u are prone to drops I don't recommendMarch 9. Well this not an update about the quality of repherb I possess this is an update about the android 14 update......so where to begin......the screen will become unresponsive in sum very weird ways so what I've been experiencing in an app at this point its happened with most of them so no point in specifics is a situation where no touch input works apart from the back button and home button and the only way to solve it to quit the app and relaunch it......I bought new phone due to this issue I do not believe this is a reflection of the quality of the repherb I think this a is a problem a lot of Flip4s have after doing my research this is a common issue also the battery life after this update as been horrible I get about an hour 40 mins less screen time..........If you get this phone do not update to Android 14 yet till they can get an update pushed not a security update for those who believe all updates are the same they are not there are 3 major types of updates Security, OS, and Stability you will want to wait for the Stability update on average a security update is around 200mbs an OS update is around 4gigs....most other file sizes will be a Stability update and after having said all that there is no garentee that will fix the problemApril 19 the glass on the top half popped off today as I took it out of my pocket as I did so the ribbon cable to the screen on the front ripped....these glass panels are not firmly attached to the device I have thrown this device away and moved on

Had it first a year now and it's a great purchase, id only reccomend to get a case that's not too tight as that might do more damage than a loose one as I've found out.

Although I didn't get the color I wanted, the seller still responded quickly and i was able to return the item since it wasn't too my liking.

I love this phone so much. It was so easy to set up and get going for everyday life.Lightweight, compact, and durable.I've dropped it a ton of times even just on accident and it has absolutely no problems.

This third party seller sent me a Samsung galaxy flip 4 5g with defects on the screen and I want to return the phone but I connected it because of an emergency that came out of nowhere and I didn't have a phone and exactly 5 days after, now the touch screen is not working at the bottom of the flip and I called Amazon to help with this issue and they said they will contact the seller to send me a phone replacement phone because I can't be without a phone, everybody needs a phone on them 24/7 and the seller was quick to respond to me returning the phone but a replacement they are not responding, and it's not like I'm trying to have 2 phones and more then happy to send back this phone that's defective, but I need a replacement and we already know that Amazon cam and will charge you if you don't send things back, plus I've been with Amazon since 2012.

I purchased this Cell phone recently and it was received quickly. I then took a trip and the phone just did not work! I couldn't stay connected, I couldn't send texts, I couldn't make phone calls. I contacted Amazon who contacted the seller and got a response immediately from the seller! They offered a full refund or an exchange. I opted for the exchange because I liked the phone. Every contact with the seller received an immediate response. I was so surprised! I shipped the old phone back. They shipped the new one and it was an extremely pleasant and easy experience. I would highly recommend using this seller again. Anytime a seller responds so quickly and positively, makes them tops in my book.
