After using this kettle for a month, boiling water 4-5 times daily, I’m thoroughly impressed. While my model doesn’t feature temperature controls and is solely for boiling water, it performs this task exceptionally well. The design is outstanding, combining sleek aesthetics with highly functional mechanics.The internal vessel is made from seamless stainless steel, ensuring no plastic touches the water and maintaining its pristine appearance without discoloration. The kettle is thoughtfully engineered—keeping the exterior cool to the touch, operating quietly compared to others I’ve tried, and featuring an effective overflow mechanism. The craftsmanship minimizes the risk of water entering internal components, adding to its durability. Its modern, striking look is just the cherry on top. I can confidently say this is a fantastic purchase and highly recommend it!

I’ve only used this about 5 times so far but I’ve been really enjoying this Zwilling cool touch kettle. It heats water super fast and actually stays cool on the outside, which is a big plus. The matte black finish looks great on my counter and I love the simple, clean design. It feels modern without being flashy. One of my favorite features is the hidden cord storage underneath, which keeps everything looking tidy. It’s one of those things I didn’t think I’d care that much about, but now I use it every day and genuinely love it

Keeps water fairly hot for a while, but does get calcium/limestone build up. We use it daily, but it's rather large for our limited counter space, so we probably wouldn't purchase again. Other than that, works find/as expected. Really love and support the brand!

I love the smaller size of both the kettle and the heating element, and the fact that the cord is thinner and a little more pliable/manageable than other kettle cords. The cord isn't thin, but it is smaller than the cord on our previous kettle - a small hario gooseneck that had a cord and plug that were as thick and large as an outdoor extension cord. It is a basic kettle and there is no temperature control, so if you only need to boil water, this is a great, compact option. The kettle is super lightweight and a pleasure to use, though the button to open the lid sticks sometimes - but other than that, I'm very happy with it.

Be careful, can cause fire!!!Neck design is faulty. During boiling cycle water droplets ended up outside tea pot even though I’ve added water below water level threshold.Considering that some people raised electrical issues i suspect it’s a culprint. Neck of the tea pot has wide gaps that allows water to escape and some droplets might drip down to where electrical is.Be careful!

I love this thing. I have been on the hunt for a cheap electric kettle, and this thing is perfect. I love that I can fill it to almost any amount, turn it on, and just forget it. It has worked problem free for 6 months.
