It's hard to tell what supplements help and which ones I may be wasting my money on, but I feel better since I did my research on sciatic nerve pain and what vitamins and supplements support a healthier nervous system. I've been taking these after I was discharged from the hospital and I'll continue to take them. That was 5 months ago.

I've always used different brands. This is the first time I used this one and I went through the whole bottle and during the last month of using it I started to get blood clots again. Don't think it is as effective as the other brands that I used

I've read studies that involve older rats who were given this combination of supplements and how they were more energetic and acted younger than rats who were not given the supplements. I figured this ol' rat may as well try it and it does seem to have a mildly energizing effect on me. This may be because of an antioxidant effect, a blood sugar controlling effect, a placebo effect, or some combination. In any case, I'm on my second bottle and will probably continue purchasing it. I only take one capsule per day as two seemed to make me a touch jittery, possibly because ALA is supposed to lower blood sugar.

Al posto di roba chimica c'è il prodotto naturale per deluire sangue . Nessun effetto collaterale non ho notato. Uso in maniera intuita e logica.
