Helpful fitness companion
This has been a game-changer for my fitness journey! This logbook provides a structured way to record my exercises, sets, reps, and personal bests, which has helped me stay accountable and motivated. The design is user-friendly, with ample space for notes and reflections on each workout. I love how it encourages me to set goals and track my progress over time. The layout makes it easy to flip through and see how far I've come, which is incredibly rewarding. I’ve found that writing things down really reinforces my commitment and helps me stay organised. Overall, I would rate this fitness logbook five stars. It’s practical, motivating, and has become an essential part of my routine. If you’re looking to enhance your workouts and keep track of your progress, I highly recommend adding this logbook to your fitness arsenal!

The Perfect Journal For Me
Exactly what is was after. No wasted pages, just workouts with a good amount of space for sets and movements, nice to have 6 sets! and a little section at the bottom for notes, plus a couple of pages for PBs and measurements. Nothing else is needed. THIS IS A WORKOUT JOURNAL!! Good quality paper with no bleed through, and a ring binder so it's easy fold right around so you don't have to keep finding your page, plus it's perfect for sliding a pen into! Will definitely buy again when full!!

Good book for recording workouts
Not much more to say other than it's a great companion to have in the gym for recording weightlifting workouts. Plenty of space to write and the paper quality is good. I have bought several of them (because I keep leaving them in my locker and losing them...)

Just what you need for a workout record keeping!
This product is specifically dedicated for people who hate apps and apps on mobiles that are more of a distraction than a journal log! Definitely worth the money! Simple and useful

Simple, easy to use, tracks everything I want it to without the fluff. I only wanted to record my workouts on lifting days. I don't know how folks remember the weights they used, and where to start on a lift if they don't look at results from the previous time 🤔 If it's not something I have to remember, I'll go ahead and close that tab in my brain to free up space for something else 😁 I'm also old school and prefer pencil/paper over digital applications for this kind of thing. After a few weeks of tracking I figured out the best way to use it, here are some features I really appreciate: There are enough lines to accommodate even a long workout or combo upper/lower body lift day. Lots of columns to accommodate tracking warmup lifts, or additional info like rest times, notes on how I felt that day, whatever I want to remember. Cardio tracking, usually short on lifting days, but I'll write in a few options and choose the one time allows for. Most bang for your buck if you will, I work out in the mornings before work and usually only have about ten minutes or less to get my heart rate up and get in a good little burn. My favorite right now is an 8 minute spin with a weighted vest alternating low/heavy tension. Small enough that it's not cumbersome to carry, big enough and laid out in a way that gives you plenty of space to write every single detail if you choose! I got the orange one, it's a nice bright color and haven't had any issues with the binding or pages ripping. Solid choice and affordable. Would definitely buy again after I fill it up.
