I recently bought a 2022 Asus M16 Gaming Laptop ( Alder Lake 12900H cpu, 3070ti gpu, 16gb stock ddr5 that ive upgraded to 40gb ddr5, stock 1tb ssd drive, as well as an added 2tb samsung 980 Pro ssd m2 gen 4 i just installed with the ram upgrade. But i was looking for a sharp, well made, and good looking case that would not only look good, provide form/fit/function above everything else, and have some additional storage and not be super thick and puffy etc. This case is slim, but it provides a few pockets that let me store the power brick that every laptop has, lets me store the external mouse i bought because i prefer to use an external mouse ( logitech G502 Hero - the absolute best mouse gaming/productivity/ease of use/etc mouose other there for the price ( which was under 50 bucks and i think maybe 40 or 42 )) So 3 external pockets all together, and the inside of the main pocket which stores the laptop is well made with a fleece style.. almost sheep wool soft and textured feel that upon opening it first of all you realize that your laptop will have the best baby soft wool covering while in the case itself. The ad on amazon toutes that it uses ykk zippers and it does. While this might be a small note, its important to realize that they used better products in the manufacturing of this laptop case rather than just whatever they had avaiilable. The zippers will be used quite a bit, so it IS important that they used solid and brand name stuff in its assembly from zippers, threads, interior padded and so on. The straps feel well made and you can tell they will last and not snap from it being full of stuff and send your laptop falling to the street below and possibly damage your several thousand dollar investment. So, if you have a 2022 Asus M16 laptop and want a fantastic case for it thats not flashy, but is well made with great materials and fits the laptop as if it was made for it, look no further. This is THE case for your laptop. Trust me i bought it for my 2022 asus m16 laptop and am overjoyed by its build quality and form/fit/function. Look no further, and its under thirty five bucks which is crazy right now, plus i just looked and it has a ten percent coupon thats clickable for checkout that brings you closer to thirty dollars which is just incredible for a laptop case of this quality for that price. Fantastic case. Period.

First off, I am not an employee of Amazon or any affiliates nor the seller of this product or any other company that does business with amazon/company. With that being said, I would give this product 10 stars if I could. I am writing this so others can make an informed decision and I did ask MANY questions before my purchase and I like to do my research to get the products that best fit my needs. PROS: This case is very well made. The packaging was fine and no harm was done in transit. It came wrapped in simple plastic, and in a box as I ordered other items. I am not sure if it's shipped alone if it comes in a box. I was super impressed at the quality of this. I was not expecting that! I have a macbook PRO model A1708. I am very protective of my macbook as I have wanted to get away from PC for years and finally broke down and bought one. That's all whole other love though! My macbook fits in the case snug as a bug. My cords, charger, and my mouse charger fits nicely in the larger outer pocket. My mouse fits in the other. I do have a cover on my macbook that is just a rubbery like sleeve that I bought off Amazon that is 2 pieces and snaps on (super happy with that as well!) When the pockets are filled, it does not bulk out. It is a little heavy, but so is my macbook, but i don't mind that. Finding something durable is my main reason for choosing this bag. The case here is very well insulated, if you want to call it that, making me feel completely safe if I were to drop the bag. The shoulder strap is nice, it's adjustable as I see, but it came at the perfect length for me so I didn't need to do that. I thought this case opened all the way up like a laptop but it didn't. It must have been another bag I was eyeballing, but again, wasn't a deal breaker as I felt it makes it even more secure as you have to slide it in from the side, if that makes sense (see the pictures in the description of the item). I will add my own pictures in a little while, as I didn't think to take them. Inside is kind of fuzzy, but it doesn't shed, if that makes sense. There is protect, like the description says, all around the bag like 'corner bumpers, which is the only way I can think of to describe it. I purchased the grey and orange, and the colors are true to the pictures and very nice looking. Bonus, it's water resistant on the outer part of the bag. I'm sure though if it were soaked though, that it may be an issue but I am not about to find out. The top handle is very well made and doesn't feel like it will rip or anything. You can push the top handle flush with the bag at ease. The shoulder strap is able to be removed, if you wish. The zippers do not feel cheap, but they aren't of the highest quality either like you would find in expensive luggage. CONS: the clips that allow you to take off the shoulder strap are plastic. Not necessarily a cheap plastic, but if used a lot it MAY become a problem I am not sure, I will come back and upd\ate after using it awhile. I use a mouse pad that is a little thick and l slide it in the compartment with my macbook and it's a very tight fit when zipping it. I will also update this later if it's an issue, whether or not it's loosens after time. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and will purchase again for another macbook if I should get one the same. I recently bought my daughter a new 9.7 iPad pro, I am purchasing one for her, even though it won't be as snug of fit. It's great for the thickness of the devise but has some room on each side since it's a smaller device. I feel safe getting her the same one, as I cannot find a similar one that fits her iPad from this company/seller. I believe anyone with the same needs as mine, will be completely satisfied.

Let me start out this review by talking about the negative reviews here. When I read the 1 star reviews, I had some hesitation despite the overwhelming positive 5 star reviews. After receiving this should bag, I reread the 1 star reviews. Let me tell you that ALL of the 1 star reviews are factually incorrect. For example, one review said that, because of the side zipper, the laptop will easily slide out and get damaged if you forget to zipper it. First, with any bag (even a top opening bag), there is always a risk of this. More to the point, though, I placed my laptop inside inside and intentionally left the side zipper completely open. I then held it by its side (over some cushions, of course) and forcefully shook the bag up and down furiously. The laptop never fell out and stayed securely inside the bag. Another review stated that the bag is thin and flimsy. He stated that it didn't protect his external monitor (um, it's not FOR external monitors but for laptops!) after he shoved in an external drive and several other items. He stated that there is no extra protection in the corners as advertised. All of this is false. In fact, the photos that he included in his review were not even of this laptop bag! The photos showed very different handles and a TOP OPENING zipper rather than the side zipper. MY experience with this laptop bag is very positive. It's very well constructed. Strong, tight stitching at the seams. Extra protection at the corners. A very comfortable attachable shoulder pad. The material (made of recycled PET bottles) seems very solid and strong. It far exceeds all of my expectations!

This is a great computer bag. The grey coloration is appealing and the bumper around the inner edge provides a nice buffer in case the bag is dropped. I feel secure that my computer is safe when it is in it. The inside is very soft to the touch as well so I feel confident my MacBook isn’t being scratched up. The zipper is easy to open and close. No stickiness or issues there. The fabric isn’t as water resistant as I would have liked but it feels sturdy and like it should last for a while. The shoulder strap is comfortable when it’s being carried. It’s not overly bulky at all. It can easily hold my 13-inch MacBook, its charger, and my Magic Mouse, while still having room for more. I feel it’s decently priced for the quality you get. I’d recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice bag to port their MacBook around in.

READ: For anyone interested in this case who has an iPad Pro 4th Gen, the Spring 2020 Model. I bought this case with the knowledge it was going to be TOO BIG to comfortably carry my new iPad Pro around without it bouncing all over the inside like crazy. So know that, it's too big. If you're planning on putting the iPad in the main compartment alone, stop right here and buy a different bag all together. -With my iPad Pro 4th Gen I have the following: A clear generic brand, 12.9" flexible, TPU Back cover case ( bought on eBay ) An Incase 13" Neoprene Classic Sleeve iPad goes into the Incase sleeve, and then into the TomToc bag. I bought the TomToc bag specifically for traveling. That is it's ONLY purpose. If you have your iPad in a zip up sleeve and then put it into the TomToc bag it fits very snugly and is going to be very well protected from drops. Overall I like the bag, it's relatively thin, though I do wish it had a bit more structure and not as "floppy" when nothing was inside of it. Bag and strap are good quality, I think there may be a disconnect for people leaving a review about the strap being too short. That was covered in the gentleman's review video at the top of this page. Zipper are pretty heavy duty, I'll update the review in the future with how it holds up and for how long. The front zip up compartments easily hold my iPad and iPhone cables to which there are 6 in total, I have three different length cables for both devices (you never know how far that wall outlet is going to be from that hotel bed!). It also carries an Anker Elite Dual Port 24W Wall Charger, my Apple Pencil, a traveling wallet for carrying my passport, a few misc traveling items. TLDR; it easily carries a BUNCH of stuff in those zip up pockets, with more room than needed for all the STUFF I carry around with me traveling, without bulging. -The reason it's getting four stars and not five First, it's in my photos, the bottom of the plastic was totally ripped open on delivery. The bag was in a ziplock so I am not sure why the whole bottom of the bag was torn into, it makes me a bit anxious that I was sold someone else's return... Second, the "CornerArmor Patent Design" they boast about for drop protection, are a joke. They're made from the same really soft material as the inside sleeve, it just feels like they're rolled up in some kind of -cotton- that will not provide any protection ( in my opinion ) in the event of a drop. Frankly, the foam they used to stuff the inside of the pockets for padding on transport would have been a better choice for those "CornerArmor"s. I wanted to address this, for anyone who had read some of the previous reviews regarding the corners, they are true, and they are right, and it's pretty bad. And it is also one of TomToc's main selling points for this case. -PERSONALLY- the corner issue will not effect me, I have the iPad inside the Incase anyway, it's has a pretty dang good amount of padding and I have no fears of a break related to a drop at all because I CHOOSE to use an additional sleeve. -Final verdict- If your intention is to follow a similar method for carrying your 12.9 iPad Pro around, the case is good quality and will work fine, there might be slightly cheaper bags out there, but I think this one is generally a solid investment. If you're not, heed my initial warning and get a different bag. It wont fit right.

Appears well constructed with quality materials. Arrived on time and appears to be of good quality. - The laptop pocket is side opening (I didn't really pay attention to it when buying but I like it better than the traditional full opening style). The laptop pocket has a soft cotton like padding and thick sides to hold the laptop in place, prevent scratching, and add some protection from bumps and short falls. - It has 2 pockets on the front of the case and 1 pocket/slot on the back. 1) The Smaller Pocket is approximately 5in Wide × 7.5in Long. It has a small inner pocket/slot with 1 Pen/Pencil slot. 2) The Larger Pocket is 7.5in Wide × 7.5" Long. It has a small inner pocket/slot. 3) It has a large 12.5in Long x 7.5in Wide slot/pocket on the back of the case for storing documents & files. -So far I am impressed with the quality of this case and can easily fit my laptop, charger cables, external hard drive, documents, notepad, Lenovo pen stylus & regular pens. + has room for more. The placement of the pockets, zippers, handles, and slots is well thought out. The inner laptop pocket is cushioned and is made of soft materials to prevent scratching and provide a snug fit. Definitely the nicest laptop bag that I have ever purchased and for a fair price!

This is the third Tomtoc case I have owned. I have been very pleased with the quality of the previous two cases, which is why I decided to go with the same brand. Yes, there are others cheaper, but I was hesitant about getting one of those since the quality of the case may not be what I was expecting. This case fits my laptop perfectly, and with the extra padding around the edge of the laptop, I feel confident it will be protected in the event of accidentally dropping it. The zipper quality is outstanding, and the shoulder strap is just the option I needed for traveling! I love the two extra pockets to store charging accessories, microfiber cloths, adapters, etc. I purchased this for my 2021 16" MacBook Pro M1, and I would highly recommend it.
