Q: Why am I viewing a page for carnation evaporated milk but all the reviews below are for kettle chips????

Yep. Same. My page shows evaporated milk but reviews are kettle chips!

Q: How long after arrival is the expiration date?

Potato chips are difficult to sell online, as they arrive to us at about 100 days from expiration. They are not designed to be stored for months. We assemble and ship the cases usually within a week of receipt, but by the time they are shipped they are often at about 2-3 months on average. The good news is that they are often good for months after the "best by", however we do not ship anything expired or near expiration. Our average shipment is about 300 cases, and that takes us about a month to sell. Right now, as of Mar 31, most of our exp. dates are July 2017. We just sent a new shipment days ago.

Q: Can you drink this milk as well as use it in recipes?

Yes, you can. For drinking, or in place of fresh milk in any recipe, dilute with an equal amount of water to make the quantity needed. Thank you. -Amanda, Nestlé Consumer Engagement Center

Q: have any other ingredients other than milk been added?

The first ingredient is of course fresh whole milk with half of the water removed and the milk fat content reduced 99%. There are a few other ingredients added. The first is Dipotassium Phosphate, which is added to evaporated milks as a stabilizer. A stabilizer is an additive that prevents separation and gives a smoother product. All evaporated milks on the market use Dipotassium Phosphate. The next ingredient is Vitamin A Palmitate, a source of Vitamin A added as a fat soluble vitamin. The last ingredient is Vitamin D3.
