These were exactly what I needed to fit to my Model Y floor air vents. They have two adhesive strips to hold them in place but they also clip over the vents, which is enough to hold them in place. Very happy with these.

This cover fits my 2022 Model Y Performance. It snaps in place fairly snug. It looks like it will stay there but time will tell. Might check in a few weeks to verify. Why get this? If you somehow have a Telsa Model Y and found this product and are not sure whether you want it for your Model Y consider yourself lucky -- especially if you have kids: I bought this product after having to pay over $400 for Tesla service to spend half a day hunting down and removing a Skittle (a type of candy) that got trapped under the floor of the passenger area. I strongly suspect that Skittle must have fallen through this opening and started making a disconcerting rattling sound that lasts about a second on tight turns (there are threads online talking about this happening to others). Mind you, at the time I brought the car in for service I didn't think it was a Skittle but rather thought it was a bolt that had gotten loose after a couple thousand km of driving, and Tesla certainly didn't bother pointing out this was a possibility when I setup an appointment to bring the car in to get serviced at a quoted price of $0 (and from what I've read only after, I highly doubt that was the first time they pulled out some candy or kids toy from under the floor of one of their cars). Of course one could ask, "who designs an SUV crossover and does not think to test it with kids in the back eating food?" Aren't you glad you got a Tesla?
