Got two of these fans on sale; arrived today. I was expecting the entire fan cage to be 6 inches, its the fan blades that are 6 inches, maybe even 6.5 inches. The quality and size surpassed my expectations and with the black Friday deal, it's well worth the purchase, I could not be more pleased. All my other clip on fans are stationary and smaller and I paid about the same or more. This is a perfect size for my grow tents, I like the fact you can turn on the oscillation for a larger area, turn off for small areas. And it has a good cord length (approx. 7 feet).

Works great and as should. Had problems with 1st one. Sent it back for return and when writing this report the said fan is 6 months old and still going strong. Runs 24/7 on oscillation.

I remember this design from the 1980’s. So the pole clamp is like a clown shoe. It opens to over 2 inches to accommodate a stupid goofy sized tent pole. My poles are 18mm so the fan clip has no force to grip and it slides down the pole. I put electrical tape on my pole and it fixed that slippage down. NOW it won’t stay engaged in Oscillation mode and just goes CLICK CLICK CLICK.. It's now clear I was sold junk from an 80’s warehouse and um ya. It is being RETURNED. Thanks vivosun and amazon..

This fan is amazing! No noise from it and it doesn't seem to heat up during continuous use. It measures larger than the 6 inches. I was expecting something way smaller and not so effective but I was pleasantly surprised.
