Amo la marca pero estos sartenes en particular no le hacen justicia. La comida se pega. Antes tenía otros de la misma marca que por alguna razón ya no llegan, eran más que perfectos.

These are NICE, solid pans that heat evenly, NOTHING sticks to, cleanup is ridiculously easy under running water, great for browning, making omelets, scratch resistant, nice and heavy and solid and confidence inspiring. Comfortable, solid, hand-filling handles that stay cool. I can't say enough good about them. Nice even heat. Would buy again if someone stole them - because that's the only way I wouldn't have them; I'm sure they'll still be around after I'm gone. One of those purchases that make you happy to have made - something REALLY GOOD.

I have had this pan for about 2 days now and it is officially my go to for small portions. I have an older, electric coil type stove top and it can be tricky to find pans that distribute heat evenly, but this bad boy does the trick. I glanced at other reviews, and all I can say is that maybe this is best on my type of stove, but as far as I'm concerned, this is a rockstar. It's well made and isn't heavy, but does have a respectable amount of weight to it. I was on the fence when I pulled it out of the box, but a few omelets, grilled cheese, tenderloin medallions, and salmon cakes later, I'm sold. It heats up fast even on lower heat, and as long as you preheat it, food isn't going to stick. Even after omelets, clean up was a quick wipe and reset of the pan. The browning in this pan is even across the entire surface. I got distracted and walked away from a grilled cheese for a few minutes too many and I wound up with a dark brown crust, not a black one. That doesn't happen with crummy pans. There are no hot spots that are slightly darker than others or strategic movement of items needed to encourage an even crust, the pan handles it. Normally, I would point out that there are general rules one must follow to get the most out of a pan like this, but the piece comes with a label in the pan that tells you about preheating and silicone tools, etc. They set you up for success with the product and offer the information in a simple, direct, and hard to miss kind of way. I hope you guys can appreciate the level of respect I have to have for this product to throw five stars on an 8 inch pan with no lid for roughly $50. But I mean it with my whole chest and both tatas when I say it is worth every last penny. Maybe it's the stove, maybe it's the operator, but my experience is not consistent with some that I've seen. It's actually quite the opposite. I prefer performance over names and I will be seeking out other components from this company to build a set. I. Love. This. Pan.

This is the stickiest pan I've ever owned. Very disappointed. This from GreenPan support: "Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a safe sturdy surface. Carefully use a Melamine sponge (Mr. Clean Magic Eraser or our Restoring Sponge) and a little plain water on the warm surface to wipe away the food or stuck on oil. This should do the trick. The restoring sponge recommended for deep cleaning is perfectly safe. Our Product Team has tested this product for safety and durability. The sponge contains pores, which when moved around your pan, enables it to grab food and oil particles. Our cookware is coated and sealed and therefore, nothing will leach into your pan. Once the deep cleaning is complete, you may wash your pan as you normally would." It did help a little.

My last non stick pan was a Misen, which cost twice as much as this one. But I was looking for one that is more lightweight, so I thought I would give this one a try. And I am so glad I did! It's amazing. Sooo much lighter to pick up, & the best non stick surface I have ever had! We'll see how long it lasts... but right now I am super impressed.
