It says (4) 7 lb bags. Do we get 28 lbs?

I have this on scheduled delivery- one 7-lb bag for that price. It seems very confusing the way it is listed. I doubt if you'd get 28 lbs for the price.

Is the 7 pound bag resealable?

Does the dry food have color additives? I can't purchase any food that will stain.

Ingredients: ground rice, poultry by-product meal, corn gluten meal, beef tallow naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols, whole grain corn, soybean meal, liver flavor, chicken, turkey, phosphoric acid, calcium carbonate, natural and artificial flavors, salt, brewers dried yeast, potassium chloride, choline chloride and fish oil. Then vitamins and minerals and red 40, yellow 5 and blue2 but I have never found it to stain any dishes or the floor if it gets dropped. Hope this helped.
