I had this regret of not choosing physics as my major in college instead of biology just because none of my teachers were able to explain the questions I had about physics. But this book completely changed my perspective and gave me motivation to start my own journey of self study in physics. I owe the author a big one..

This book is such a lifesaver. I went through my physics education, and all I wanted was this book exactly. Reading all those books recommended by the professors and then feeling bad for being too stupid or too lazy or unmotivated over and over again lead to me doubting whether I was just fooling myself about being in love with physics but this book gave me a new perspective. I would say that the "One thing you must understand" chapter is something I desperately wish that I could send to my younger self (If there was a limit of what I could send).I can already tell that I'm going to be revisiting this book several more times over the course of the rest of my scientific career.

Yes it is the ultimate guide that you may have, sir jackob has done a great thing for us, i always have a procrastination to read books, but this one just made me, i found that most of the indian authors are not upto the mark to write a fundamental physics book, but this book just made my day, revealing a whole universe in itself, thank you sir jackob for this help. Really appriciated.

Its really nice!He beautifully describes the genuine problems and some obvious thoughts to be considered for a physics studying guy. He discusses everything at the very mental level.
