We got this for our new family member. It was easy to assemble, sturdy and quality material. 2 things that I love the most for this bassinet are: adjustable height and the side zipper down, I can adjust it to fit my bed and put baby next to it, it is convenience for me to take care of my baby at night instead of moving drastically, it was exactly what I was looking for.

Overall the quality is good. It looks nice. It also appears to be sturdy and functional. But will confirm once baby is here. Assembly was pretty quick for my husband so that was a plus as well. IHowever, I was disappointed that the zippers didn’t go further down as advertised. I was hoping to mesh the bassinet mattress with ours, but I’m not sure if I will be able to because of this. The zippers looks like they’re supposed to go down further too. It also took a minute to figure how to remove the bar to use the co sleeping function. And I did notice some dirt on one part of the bassinet as well.The manual is also very brief. It helps get the bassinet up, but doesn’t mention how to remove the bar for co sleep or how to use the belt to attach the belt to the bed to keep it from moving (still trying to figure that out).

The instant we put our 6lb newborn in this bassinet, she started sliding/rolling to one side, even though it was in the “locked” and not rocking position. Because of how it is set up, it always tilts a little bit which means that any baby movement will cause them to get pushed up against a wall. Completely unsafe. We got it as a present and don’t have the original box so I can’t even return it. Also, the side that comes off is very difficult to maneuver and the baby instantly rolls all the way to that side because of the weight of the bar hanging down. Overall a terrible product.

I thought maybe my baby just preferred to sleep on his side against the netting but in recently removing the matress cover to give a thorough wash i discovered the problem hidden inside. On the back side of the matress is a plastic sheet used to make it firm but the sheet had a large indent in it which I assume must have happened either in manufacturing or shipping as there is nothing in the bed now shaped like the indent. This indent lays on the center bar and means the baby will roll to one side or the other, everytime. :( It is too late for me to return and I can't find a contact for service....can I please get a replacement matress ASAP?

Was pretty easy to put together but quality is subpar. The mattress also wasn’t very comfortable. It’s alright of you’re looking for a budget bassinet. The wheels are terrible and don't even roll well on hardwood. So if you have carpet it probably won't not roll at all
