🧹 Clean smarter, not harder — lead dust doesn’t stand a chance!
Lead Safe Cleaner by Fiberlock is a concentrated, professional-grade lead dust remover designed for post-abatement and renovation cleanup. Its active chelating agents chemically bind lead dust, enabling superior removal on both porous and non-porous surfaces. One quart dilutes to 5 gallons, covering approximately 500 sq ft per gallon of diluted solution. The product supports compliance with lead safety standards through faster, more effective cleaning protocols, including recommended HEPA vacuum prep and a three-bucket cleaning system to prevent re-contamination.

I own a duplex that is over 100 years old. Needless to say there is lead paint in its past! I had to pass a lead safe inspection in order to rent the unit out. Even though I had the placed professionally cleaned it still failed for higher levels of lead than allowed. I ordered this to clean the hardwood floors and the window sills. It was easy to use and after a few applications all the rooms passed inspection. Well worth the cost, considering the cost of re-inspections.

Used some on the floor in advance of a state-mandated lead inspection. Used regular cleaner the the initial inspection and failed. Used this cleaner and passed! Worth every penny, as far as I am concerned.

I'm going with 3 Stars as neutral because I have to pick a rating and I neither know this is working well or know that it isn't...

I am giving a low rating on this product, not because it doesn't work, but rather because it says it makes 20 gallons - which is an absolute lie! Nothing in the listing shows how much to dilute the concentrate, so seeing on the label that says it makes 20 gallons - it would lead you to believe it makes 20 gallons. However once you get the product and read the instructions, it says to use 6 to 7 oz per gallon of water - since the container is 32 oz, that means this makes AT THE MOST just over 5 gallons of diluted mixture - way less than the 20 gallons it shows on the label. We needed much more than the 5 gallons it made and thus had to buy a second bottle, delaying the completion of the project because the shipping is more than a week (not a prime product).

My employees use this product along with dry wipes in a cannister to clean their respirators and other tools.
