Great product
It’s been a few years now since I first purchased this. Still working great, no issues “knock on wood”. Only downside that i have is that its a bit annoying to keep fingerprints off

Powerful little thing!
I spent a solid 3 weeks looking at potentially every microwave on the Internet to find exactly what I was looking for. Black, door handle, small enough to fit on a mini fridge, powerful, and reasonably priced. This met every one of my needs. I was concerned with it being under 1000w that it wouldn't be powerful enough, but it heats up my food and drinks super fast and thoroughly. The noise level isn't any better or worse than other normal microwaves. If you're looking for something whisper quiet, this isn't it, but it's also not excessively loud. The buttons are easy to use, and the display was easy to ready for me. A full size dinner plate fits inside, and it is tall enough to fit a pint glass. Not sure why you'd need to put a pint glass in the microwave but you sure could if you wanted to. It's a sturdy little microwave and I love the way it looks with my other appliances.

Great Microwave for the Family… But Those Buttons Are a Headache
As a father of three, I'm constantly juggling snack time, meal prep, and the occasional "emergency dinner." Enter the **Commercial CHEF Small Microwave**—a trusty little powerhouse that’s been a hero in the kitchen, even if it has its quirks. Let’s start with the good stuff. The size is perfect for my chaotic kitchen. It doesn’t take up precious counter space but still manages to fit all the essentials—like hot pockets for the kids and popcorn for movie night. Despite its small form factor, it packs a punch. Heating up my food is quick and efficient, and it has the power to handle all the day-to-day demands, from reheating leftovers to making sure those hot pockets come out perfectly crispy (well, as crispy as a microwave can get). Now, the frustration. Less than a year into ownership, the touchpad buttons have started peeling away. As someone who is *constantly* microwaving food in a rush, this is a real pain. I’ve got three kids running around, so having buttons that are half peeled off isn’t exactly ideal when I’m trying to get their popcorn ready before the next chaotic meltdown. The buttons still work for the most part, but the peeling is annoying and feels like it might soon become a bigger issue. All in all, I love how this microwave works and how much space it saves. It’s quick, powerful, and gets the job done—especially when you're trying to feed three kids in record time. But if Commercial CHEF could somehow fix those buttons, it would be an absolute 5-star appliance. Until then, I’ll keep pushing through (literally).

Just what I was looking for
This microwave oven fits my needs exactly! I have recently changed the decor of my kitchen and my old white bulky microwave didn't fit anymore. I was looking for one that was all stainless steel and smaller so that I could have access to more countertop space. I looked around a lot and most microwaves came in black, white or some other color. This is the only one that was listed as completely stainless steel. The advertised image doesn't do it justice. It looks much better in real life. The size is perfect and it looks very sleek. It's not cheap but I am hoping it will last for a while. On the plus size It doesn't make too much noise and it looks great. My only concern is the door latch/button, it feels a bit flimsy but only time will tell. Also, the touch buttons on the display aren't as clearly visible as I would prefer but overall this is a keeper.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This unit is nothing more than a overpriced microwave. This unit was purchased to replace my convection/microwave that went out. I use my convection oven for baking and cooking meals. I've not had good results as the food is either raw in the center with the outer edges overcooked. After a few weeks of use the control panel has blistered on the numbers and the start button. At this rate, the panel will be unusable. The little pamphlet (so called "User's Manual") is vague at best. The unit came with a shelf and a round rack, and according to the "manual" these can be used to reheat food in the microwave. There is a brief overview of using the convection oven feature (maybe 1/3 page), it states to place the food directly on the turntable (nothing about the shelf or rack use). Very dissatisfied. I would have given it less than 1 star but that option isn't available. (The review is my wife's opinion since she is the one that uses it most.)

Awesome Microwave
Very well made and I have to say that this unit is the very first one that I have ever bought that when you put a bag of popcorn in it and press the popcorn button it actually pops all the way through. Love it!
