Firstly what an amazing idea and has the potential to help with headaches but now the negatives. 1. Even after days of freezing in the freezer it doesn't retain cool for more than 10 mins. 2. It's not washable -- as stored in the freezer it picks up smells from food and when I tried to wash it the gel pad inside got displaced and tangled. I would happily buy again if the product was improved as it's a boon for people prone to migranes.

Quality is okay but if you are expecting it to fit tight on your head, as if your tying something then its no good. Elastic is very easy to strech and wear and will not provide much pressure.

Worthless product, as soon as you'll feel comfort from headache, it will loose its temperature. 10mins of cooled temp is more when kept in freezer for 12 hrs
