Can the capsules b opened and taken?

Ingredients on page list "maltodextrin" but bottle label does not. Why?

I contacted the manufacturer and got an answer this evening. The is no maltodextrin in this product. I told them they should really fix the ingredient list in this page!

Does this have any impact on inflammation

I used it for a month and didn't get any inflammation or pain relief. It may work for some people, but not for me. I would suggest it may be worth one purchase to see if it helps you. I have pretty severe arthritis throughout my entire body and have been using Celexa, (a prescription COX 2 inhibitor) for a couple of months with very little relief as well. The most effective relief for me was normal aspirin and other NSAIDS...Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory meds, such as Ibuprofen, Aleve, and Naproxen etc. Because I used them for 31 years, sometimes in large doses such as 1600mg at a dose, I developed ulcers and can't use NSAIDS anymore. I am in a pretty bad place and now experimenting with Cannabis/THC which is helping. 10mg of THC in gummies takes about 45 minutes to help and last 4 to 6 hours for me. I previously tried Hemp oil and CBD oil with no success. Now that I am retired, I am free to use THC in my state.
