This is a perfect way to keep butter on the counter and ready to use. Since its not see-through like a glass dish it’s tidy regardless of the mess inside. This holds three half sticks of butter. It also comes with a sweet matching bamboo spreader, which I will probably use for parties, etc. but don’t need daily.I got this to replace a butter bell, which is really nice but hard to keep up with the water, etc. I suspect that my kitchen is really too warm for a bell in the summer. I use the butter to cook and go through it fairly quickly so I don’t have concerns about it going bad.

This is a good butter storage container and I liked it. Looks good quality and durable too. It will be great for storage in any kitchen and hence highly recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- It looks classy- Good quality ceramic butter storage container- Good sized ( 650ml ) and convenient to store- Better mechanism to operate lid. It is airtight for sure- I was able to operate the lid open/close action via one hand. It is smooth and works without any issues- Heavy and feels solid overall- Dishwasher, Oven & Freezer safe. However, we don't plan to use it in any- Butter knife is a nice addition and it holds well in this position on the top of the lid- Reasonably priced for the qualityCons:- I wish that big font BUTTER was not written on the box. I would gladly accept small-sized or no text at all

The product quality is good. But the only drawback is that you If you cant keep 500gm Amul Butter in that. Only 350gm butter can be kept. Storage space otherwise the container is of top quality.

I really liked this. Thought it was perfect. It looked nice on the counter. I added 2 sticks of butter but it can hold a european block of butter. Then my dog eat the lid. That was a bummer. Now I have a nice white container.
