Blasting cabinet
Bought this to protect the window of my blasting cabinet as the stick on plastic sheets cloud up too quickly, works perfectly. This size is spot on giving you two lengths if the first one needs to be replaced in the future

Superbly, high quality. Clearly, well manufactured. Superb value for money.
This is exactly what I needed for a project outside. The stainless steel mesh is superbly manufactured with the edges being very well trimmed to reduce sharpness. The weave is spectacular and the great is very evenly distributed.I have a few projects that required mesh such as this, including some garden implements, but I wanted to sieve soil to a very fine powder for potting.I also want to provide some really stylish mesh protection to a couple speakers that I have converted to outdoor. This did just that.I’ve also contemplated trying some of it on a home-made fire pit in order to reduce the number of sparks that fly from slightly damper wood.Definitely a trusted manufacturer and I will certainly be getting more in the future perhaps an even larger dimensions.

Very high quality mesh
The mesh is amazing. It is so fine it almost looks like silk but is tough and durable. It can be gently formed into soft round shapes, such as a sieve, which makes it ideal for filtering particles.I'm using it for filtering paint and resin as well as using it for crafting purposes.

Ultra-fine mesh, more like a fabric in thickness and weave... impressive that it's stainless steel
This 4ft roll of 12" wide woven stainless steel wire arrives in a simple wrapping of brown paper. When the paper cover is cut and the mesh taken out of the wrapping there's an instant slight 'unravelling' of the roll as the fine stainless steel mesh makes a gentle attempt at freedom. I quickly discovered that you should ideally wear gloves when handling the woven wire as the cut edge is very sharp and with such a fine wire you don't want to risk splinters (having said that I was not aware of any 'fraying' on the cut edge but even so, taking extra care can't be a bad idea). The first thing that took me by surprise was the incredible fine weave of this product - in fact I have no idea how they manage to create such a fine warp & weft using metal. It seems to me that the 'threads' of steel are only about the thickness of coarse hair. My camera couldn't even illustrate this very well as the weave is so tiny. When you maginify the mesh it looks like a finely woven cotton... it's literally that fine. Also though, the steel seems completely devoid of any 'breaks' or uneveness - quite remarkable manufacturing. As impressed as I am with this product, unfortunately it isn't going to be suitable for the purpose I had in mind. We use fly-screen mesh quite a lot around our house (to keep bugs and flies outdoors, and not indoors!) as we live in a rural area and the unwanted wildlife, flies and bugs can be troublesome. However I find that typical fly-screen mesh, although generally fine, is not quite fine enough to keep out very tiny flies etc. We can manage okay with normal fly-screen on doors and windows but when I examined the 'trickle ventilation' on our double glazing and skylights I was surprised that the trickle ventilation was not particulary good at preventing smaller flies. Either there was a plastic 'grille' or no grille at all over the trickle ventilation vents, and any gap over 1/16th - 1/8th of an inch is, in my opinion just not good enough. Therefore I want to add an extra degree of protection over the vents and thought that a finer wire mesh would be ideal.Don't get me wrong. There's nothing the matter whatsoever with this product. In fact it's amazingly well made, but the weave is arguably too fine for my requirements and I think it might tend to block air flow through the trickle vents a bit more than I want. It's my error, as I had not realised when ordering the KRZAW mesh just how fine an "80 Mesh" actually is. It definitely will allow air throughput, and straining of liquids, filtration (you can see through it) but I think I need a slightly coarser weave. So, this hasn't worked for me but I can't fault the product. It's beautifully made. I do think that gloves and ideally goggles should be worn if handling and cutting it a great deal. I will find a use for it - but just not at the moment.

Good wire, a shame its almost impossible to use.
Good fine wire, really good, perfect for ventilating a coop. But its ridiculous how thick it is. 3 pairs of cutters and 2 metal saws later, and I had to give up, fold and bash it into shape. It's ridiculously hard to use.Dont recommend
