Better than a cell phone but
I picked this up after seeing several good reviews on YT (Unfortunately listening to these reviews with a cell phone doesn't give accurate representation. See below). I wanted a quick option to record spontaneous interviews for my YT channel. Currently I am using Boya lapel mics(I have several different lapel mics and prefer the Boya even over my more expensive Rode) into one of two digital recorders (Zoom h1n or Tascam X8), then synch automatically in post using DaVinci.I decided to test this thing out so I went out with just my phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) and this wireless mic. This thing connects instantly and had really good range. I hit record (with the stock video app) and walked around outside my house, with the phone inside and it still recorded without drop out. I also walked into other rooms inside the house, downstairs, etc with no drop outs.I then decided to make a video for my YouTube channel with just this and my phone. Everything connected great. But after returning home and reviewing the recording in DaVinci I realized how bad this audio is compared to my current digital recorder rig. I had to do some serious processing just to make the audio usable and even then I debated not uploading it. I reviewed it in a spectrum analyzer EQ plugin to compare to my normal Zoom h1n/Boya combo. This Ulanzi has a really flat mid range with zero low end. The recordings sound similar to talking through a cell phone call (very thin mids). Not good to try to pull people into the story. If you want to check it out my channel is "Running Into History" and the only video I used this on was "The Highway Killer". You will notice the difference in sound quality from my other videos. The intro I used for this video was recorded with my Rode Nt1 straight into DaVinci. That mic sounds really good and I use it for all of my voice overs. So going from that, into the actual video using the Ulanzi, you can seriously hear how unacceptable this mic is. The only other consideration is that this mic does not sound that bad while listening to it on just a cell phone but if you plan on your content being played through a TV, car or home stereo system, the issues are very noticeable. So if you are only recording into a cell phone for audio right now, this is an improvement and it gives you the freedom to move around. Simple to connect, charges in the case, filters out external noise well. But if you are currently using a lapel mic to record straight into your phone or digital recorder, this is a major downgrade. I suggest spending $50 more to purchase the Zoom h1n (compact 24bit digital recorder used by videographers in a lot of weddings and Indy film productions), buy the $16 Boya lapel mic or similar, put the h1n in your pocket and you have unlimited range to walk around and you can synch the audio with any device (Gopro, cell phone, camera). Even a Ring camera (yes I did that once lol). You just have to synch in post. With DaVinci (even the free version), it's two mouse clicks to automatically synch to the waveform. If your software doesn't auto synch, just clap after starting the recording and drag the waveform to synch the clap then delete the camera audio to keep only the external recorder audio. Also the h1n is an audio swiss army knife you can use as a field recorder to record folly, ambience and as a PC USB audio input interface. Hope this all helps.

Good clear audio with my DJI osmo action 3
Easy to use. Dead simple set up. Charging case works really well. Audio is clear. The wind reduction on all levels seems to work well, even when I'm riding my bike. Small enough that it is discreet. Also small enough and the mic is strong enough that I can clip it to my sports bra and still get clear audio without a lot of clothes noise. It hard to get a mini muff onto the mic, but with work the movo lav muff can be forced on, doesn't fit into the charger though, so has to be muscled on every time I use it.I use this while I'm cycling and I like it a lot.

Little price and package that give you more bang for your buck
This device is plug and play on USB C devices. I tried it with my samsung s22 no problem then my Redmi 10plus no probs ...also i have a hub connected to my mac mini and via usb c i can use it in zoom calls, that was a big plus . It has three levels of Noise cancelling just press the button once it flash's once then press it again it flashes twice and so on. if you press it two time the blinking of the LED changes to let you know you have muted the mic...then press the button three times you get an FX on your sound REVERB all for 49 bucks.... i have rodes and deity also Godox which are good but not as fast plug and play. I will get two more a white one too even if its just for zoom... I wish it had a lav input on the mic and output on the tx ....i will see if a Usb c to 3.5 m male will work that would be top.

Perfect so far!
I bought these because I live commentate and stream my daughters softball tournaments. It was always a drag making sure I had to be next to my phone on the fence and really had to project my voice for it to pick up in the stream. Now, I can hang back a bit and even find shade when needed.I'm really impressed with the audio quality of these mics. It was super easy to set up and get running and you can't beat the price.Only time will tell of their durability, but I will be putting them through paces commentating 4 to 9 games per weekend.I would recommend this product.

Best wireless set for the money!
I have the RODE Wireless GO and the Hollyland Lark 150. Have owned the Saramonic blink. This is a different price point and overall use, but definitely overlaps with those more expensive units.Mine is the usb-c version. Here’s what you dont get: wind muff, mic jack, 2.4ghz distance. What you do get is a plug & play, easy to use, nice sounding two microphone set. Plug the receiver into your mobile device, clip on the mic and you’ve got good sound. 60+ft range is for real. Have used it well over 100ft if unobstructed.

Very good budget microphones
Very good budget microphones. They work well on the Samsung fold 4 no need to download any extra apps. I was able to get these setup and going in less than a second. The quality of the mic is passable it’s not as good as something like the rhode mics but it’s not in that price range either . Really feel like for the price points it’s unbeatable . I just wish I could find something like this for when I record on iPhone .

Boa compra.
