Great waist trainer! Fully adjustable and perfect for those like myself with long torsos. Increases sweat, helps reach a higher calorie burn, and helps with posture, especially when walking/jogging/running - on a treadmill indoors. I do not suggest using when exercising outdoors as you may overheat.

It does what what you need it to do.
I liked it but I ordered the wrong size. Order the large one and it was too long , covering my top glutes. And almost the bottom of my boobs…I’m not trying to lose that ! Waiting on my smaller size in the mail now…..also make sure u wash it to where it has no smell…no detergent or fragrance smell so u don’t break out…don’t eat with it on that’s not healthy n will feel weird lol

Simple and effective... Love it!
I love this belt. It's simple... No zipper that pinches or clasps to fidget with. It's wonderful. I got the big one... It's an abundant size so that I can wrap it tightly around my middle or I can slide it lower and it can actually fit around my whole hips and booty to smooth And trim my girlish curves too.

The Last Waist Trainer You Will Ever Need!
Absolutely love this waist trainer. I have used these for years to keep from losing control of my mid-section. Most have not been wide enough or the material and fabric has not been to my liking. I was determined and searched extensively looking in men’s. Then I found this one. Size-wise, price-wise, and quality-wise, I hit the jackpot! I recommend this waist trainer as the last one you’ll ever need, unless you have to replace it, which I definitely intend to do if/when that time ever comes!

It’s comfortable around my stomach. Easy to put on and allows you to move more freely. Had a little smell but I wiped it down with soap and water and let it air dry

Supports my back and helps me sweat!
I dance for cardio and wear this while doing so. Not only does it support my back, it helps me sweat, which is one way your body sheds fat. I do weight training as well and I eat measured and nutritious food (low carb). I’ve been doing this for 6 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds but have gained muscle. I’ve gone down a size. Highly recommend!!!
