They should, it fits almost all the AreoGardens.

That is what I do (equal amounts).

Yes, the pods are biodegradable and can be transferred to the garden soil after sprouting.

Q: Do the sponge pods disintergrate? I want to plant them in soil but not not sure if I have to remove the sponge pod first.

I do not know if they disintegrate, but I just planted my rosemary with the pod/roots in dirt and it is doing great. It is an indoor potted herb.
