Excellent customer service
It came with the glass of the middle frame broken and I could have returned the damaged product with full refund. But I loved the frame so I called the customer service for exchange and I'm glad I did it. They would happily give me the refund without me returning the product. Fortunately I still had the old frame that I wanted to replace, so I used the glass of that for the broken one and it worked really well.
