Exactly value
One of the cheaper units but totally delighted with purchase. On-off switch, timer which turns unit off and different levels of brightness also British 3 pin plug. Used it for a few days and already feeling much better.

Great for SAD
This light is magical. My mood has lifted so much with it . 1 warning ... don't use it before bed because it wakes you up and then you can't sleep !

Not suitable as a desk lamp
Not suitable as a desk lamp. I had a Lumie SAD lamp that failed and cannot be replaced and this small tablet is not an adequate replacement. I’d like to return it but cannot assemble the two part plug.

Easy to use and is very effective
Love this light! It’s really helped with my low mood on dark, miserable days. Has a choice of brightness levels and a timer, which can be set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Comes with a USB lead , so it can be plugged into your PC or laptop, or a power bank, but also comes with a plug. But my favourite thing is the protective case it comes with. Highly recommend.

Add a bit of 'sunshine' to otherwise dreary days
If you're the type who experiences 'winter blues', or you're desperately missing the sun's glow after being cooped up inside for so long over the past couple of years, or you simply want a dimmable, easy-to-use light for reading or general usage, this SAD lamp is a great way of getting some additional 'sunlight' to bask in.The lamp is powered via the included barrel plug - 3-pin wall plug included in the box, and operating the light and changing the colour temperature is super easy. The compact shape means you can probably fit it just about anywhere in your office/bedroom, giving you quick and easy access to some uplifting sunlight!

Gute Lampe
Um den Winterblues zu vertreiben habe ich diese Lampe gekauft. Schon nach wenigen Tagen glaube ich, eine Wirkung zu spüren. Fühle mich fitter und munterer. Ich schalte sie morgens und mittags ein, auch wenn ich draußen war. Die Handhabung ist denkbar einfach, man kann die Betriebsdauer und die Helligkeit, bzw. Warm- oder Kaltlicht einstellen. Aber ehrlich gesagt, drücke ich einfach auf die Knöpfe und wenn es passt, bleibt es so. Wenn nicht, drücke ich noch mal. Ich gehe also robust damit um. Alles in allem kann ich die Lampe empfehlen, zumal auch das Design ansprechend ist.

Klein aber fein
Nachdem ich lange gesucht habe, nach einer Tageslichtlampe, welche nicht zu grell ist und verschiedene Einstellungsmöglichkeiten hat, bin ich hier fündig geworden und glücklich. Zuerst dachte ich sie ist aber etwas klein. Ich muss sagen die Größe der Lampe reicht vollkommen aus. Sie steht bei uns auf dem Küchentisch und wird bereits zum Frühstück eingeschaltet. Je nach Gefühl dann nochmal mittags und/oder Nachmittags. Ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen.

Goodbye Winter Depressionen
Diese Lampe hilft mir sehr an grauen Tagen, um wacher zu sein, einen besseren Mut zu haben und fokussiert zu arbeiten. 30-60 Minuten am Morgen reicht aus, um einen glücklichen und freudigen Tag zu haben. Ich kann diese Lampe nur sehr weiter empfehlen.
