This is a great chocolate shake. It taste great without the dairy side-effects. Other shakes with milk leaves me feeling awful and sleepy. This particular one is only 200 calories and a low carb count and I don’t feel the ill-effects as of other shakes. It’s a little pricey but unless I find something better this is a great drink to hold you over at night or skip a meal. Admittedly, I bought it cause the bottle looks impressive but it ended up being a good decision.

I like this product but now I read it has trace elements of arsenic and other harmful substances. DAMN IT.

I just read an article in the New York Times about hazards of protein drinks. These drinks are not regulated. I googled Muscle milk and it contains heavy metal contaminants. Complete waste of my money.

Good flavor, thicker more you shske it, seems to maintain level blood sugar.

I use one bottle before my workout in the morning. It seems to give me that extra enthusiasm for completing a hard workout.My concern is the price. I think that it is awful high.Damsan
