Perfect and easy to install
These fit my xterra perfect and work great. The hatch opens nearly on its own now and stays up! Easy to install, there's plenty of how to videos online if you need one like I did. Worth buying 100%

I replaced my old struts with these and boy they work good I’ve had them in for about a year now and they have held up fine, the are easy to install yourself. They open with ease, and they are very strong! Definitely worth it

Perfect!
PERFECT FIT for 2006 Nissan Xterra rear hatch lift gate strut replacement. My hatch actually opens up instead of falling on me. They seem like good quality too, but time will tell. And these were affordable, because other places wants $50+ per strut. They look just like the old ones too

Rear hatch opens like new!
Got this to replace the hatch shocks on a 2008 Nissan Xterra, fits perfectly! Was actually extremely easy to replace as well, no screws required. The shocks are held in on either end with these little spring clips that latch around a ball joint. To remove, get a flathead screwdriver, wedge it under the clip, pry back just a little bit and hold it there(you're not removing the clips), and then, with the hatch held all the way up(you'll probably need someone to hold it), pull back on the shock and the end should pop off of the ball joint. Now do the same for the other end. To install, with someone holding the hatch up, you should be able to just snap(I banged them in with the palm of my hand) the new shocks onto the ball joints, but if not, get the flathead and pull the clip back a hair.

Works great on my husband’s Xterra. No more broom handles holding up the back hatch.
