This product contains a full month's supply of your daily vitamins, assuming that you take the recommended two a day. It also contains a special veggie blend, a special antioxidant blend, and a special women's health blend. I like that this manufacturer has made a supplement that provides a reasonable amount of the vitamins that I need on a daily basis. It rather concerns me when I see products that provide something like 8000% of the recommended daily amount of certain vitamins. More does not necessarily mean better. Excesses of some vitamins just flush right through the body. Excesses of other vitamins are stored in fat. As they build up, they can lead to problems in the body. These are normal size veggie caps (about 7/8" each). They are light and easy to swallow. I like that they are not large hard pills that cause me to gag. I would not hesitate to recommend these vitamins to other women. 5 stars from me!

I have had two surgeries in 7 months, so I am trying to eat healthily and use products that will boost my immune system and aid in my recovery, Multi-vitamins are a part of that. These are a nice vegan option, with a nice blend that helps with energy and a nice basic set of nutritional supplements. These are capsules that I find to be average size. Especially for what is all in them. If you have trouble swallowing them (but this will be common for most, if not all brands of vitamins and supplements out there), they might be an issue for you, but I didn’t have any trouble at all. You don’t need to take a lot of them. Each bottle is a 30-day supply (so two capsules per day). There is no aftertaste, and it didn’t give me any problems with acid reflux which can be a problem for me.

Nice clear capsules and they look fresh and natural. All the essentials with some extras like saw palmetto and other herbs. A little low in calcium at 8% , but that seems typical for multivitamins. Keep in mind only a 30 day supply at recommended two capsules a day. Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

I just got them today, and i love them! I dont know if its just in my head because i know i took it, but ive felt really good today!! Im normally tired and sluggish, and ive had energy and motivation all day today!! 7 days from now ill be back to update on wether this feeling lasts!!

This product is a large clear capsule filled with gray powder that comes in a brown plastic bottle with a screw off cap. It has no scent and no flavor. Recommended daily dose is 2 capsules which, according to the label, appears to provide 100% or more of most everything except calcium and iron. It is easy to swallow. I must say, however, it is one of the few if not the only multivitamin I've encountered that recommends 2 a day instead of the usual 1 a day.

It's got a ton of vitamins and the pills aren't super huge. A serving is two capsuls.

This is a good quality product. Has all the necessary ingredients for good health. The caplets are average sized and easy to swallow. My only complaint is that it requires a dosage of two caplets a day. I prefer things that have a dosage of just one caplet. Other than that it’s awesome.
