1. The gauge of the stainless steel is very low and the whole thing looks very fragile and flimsy2. The plastic knob is of cheap quality and can break any time3. The central shaft is not fixed properly , no nut provided to tighten it. comes out while loosening the topplastic knob.Overall a substandard product that is not worth the money paid.Avoid buying this

Excellent product
These stainless steel idli pans are of very high quality steel and right size to fit inside most steamers. Most important is they have provided micro pores at the bottom of every idli mould so that steam could pass through the batter while cooking. This small innovation makes the idlis made in these pans specially spongy and well textured.
