I was surprised when I saw this Electric douche cleaner because it was a little different than what I thought it was going to look like. When it said that it could be used either for douching or for administering an enema, I thought that they had two different nozzles because you wouldn't necessarily want to use the same one due to hygiene issues, and also because you would want a smaller size. Unfortunately they did not include two different size nozzles. The nozzle/tip is much better than what I thought it was going to be, and much softer than advertised. It has an almost rubbery feel to it that glides, unlike the normal hard plastic with the scratchy tip on top. The first surprise was the size of the nozzle. I would use this as a douche but not for an enema because the nozzle is very large in circumference. However, some people may not have an issue with the size. I like that it has an electric pump that automatically pumps the douche so you don't have to squeeze the bulb. I have never been able to squeeze all the douche out of the plastic bottles that you buy at a store. I would normally squeeze as much out as possible, pull the bottle out, loosen the cap to add some air back in, and then finish squeezing the rest of it out of the bottle. Very much not recommended for hygiene. There are also 3 different settings as to how you want the douche to be dispersed. There is a vibration feel to it as it is dispersing the liquid to make it easier. This set also includes a charging cable so you don't have to deal with batteries. It has a nice instruction manual, a rubber type ring to prevent leaking, and a black storage bag for discretion. Wonderful concept, but I would have liked to have seen the smaller nozzle as part of this set.

I’ve used small, pump style douches in the past so decided to try this one instead. It is way larger than the normal, pump ones, awkward to use, hard, and messy. Water will get everywhere if you do not have the rubber gasket inside the lid exactly right. Overall, more trouble and nuisance than it’s worth.

The media could not be loaded.  I used this as an anal enema and it feels comfortable when inserted. The soothing and relaxing water pressure does not feel harsh inside. The vibration intensity is also relaxing and helps the water move around a little. I have used this multiple times and haven't had to recharge the battery which is a good thing. I recommend using lubricant to insert so that the nozzlw goes in easy.

Update 10/20/22 : This product stopped charging less than a month after receiving it. I tried charging several times and nothing happened, making the unit unusable. One thing I didn't think about was having to dispose of it, since it charges, and shouldn't be put in the garbage. It's not the most comfortable item to take to recycling.I love trying out a new product for hygiene. I don't do the colon cleansing thing (I'm too squeamish for that I think) but I love a good douche, and I take regular apple cider vinegar baths, so I have apple cider vinegar by the gallon jug. I thought it might be a nice addition to my showers; a little apple cider vinegar douche. However, the size of the rubberized tip is a lot bigger than I thought it would be (I can't even imagine trying the colon cleansing with this, even if I were not squeamish) and it's not super comfortable for me. It's doable, I can make it work, but I'm not sure that a simpler douche might not be better after all. There are all kinds of functions on this - there are levels of the pump, and there are also vibrations included, which is interesting. I really am not sure how they help. This automatic pump has several small streams. I guess my feeling is, for example, if I were washing my hands, I think I'd prefer one strong steady stream to a bunch of small streams, even if they were angled in a way that would get different parts of my hands. So it's an interesting gadget, but I'm not sure that it's so much more of a comprehensive clean than just a regular douche. Even if the tip were just a little smaller, I think I'd like it more; it's just the combination of the really large rubberized tip with the question of - is it really that much more effective than a regular douche? - that makes me feel like I don't really love it.

I use this to rinse my front not my back. This tool is a great idea but I don't feel it's great enough. This tool has 3 intensity level. However, the intensity level is applicable to the vibration. The vibration is tickling me. It's not supposed to be a toy. I prefer to turn off the vibration and just use the water cleaning ability of this tool. As the supposed intensity level goes up, the water flow remains the same the only that changes is the water comes out from more pores.As a summary this tool does help clean up that personal part. However, I really want to have the ability to turn off the vibration.

I bought this as a douche tool. And for that, I believe it works well.The weird thing is that it also vibrates. I do not think I need my doucher to vibrate, but it does and you cannot turn this off.The product must be used upright or it leaks, so it must be used in the shower or over a toilet. I do like that it runs on a rechargeable battery.
