Love it!
Super nice! I had similar type grill w/ a nonstick plate that started looking funky after only a few times so I stop using it. This grill not only looks great, it is a good size with a stainless grill plate which I prefer. Clean up not too bad if you rinse off or soak soon after using, will not look shiny for long but what grill does. The outside stays nice because it doesn't get hot. Since not much charcoal is required it is important to use a quality brand, One brand turned to ash quickly & barely lasted to finish cooking, I bought another brand that has larger/denser briquettes which last plenty of time and more. I do like a top sometimes so I bought a cheap 14.5" tabletop grill and used the top only, it fits perfectly. My only suggestion would be to add a USB port for another source of power.

Great barbecue
Product is a winner. Easy to operate and can be easily moved aroundI would not use it inside however. It is not smokeless

I had purchased one of these grills for myself and used it a couple times and really liked it. Unfortunately, I purchased one as a gift and was told they couldn’t get it to light. When I went over to their house and tried to use it, it was clear the fan wasn’t working at all. We have tried to get a replacement grill and no one has responded. I am outraged and mortified that a $100.00 gift purchase does not work at all.

I hate being lied too
I hate being lied too! The product info said indoor outdoor grill! The paperwork that came with this item said-Do not use indoors! I live in an apt. i have good ventilation plus the window opened and the fan blowing air out and my fire alarm kept going off! Thanks a-lot Amazon!!!

I love the grill bought years age. Can you buy parts and the center part. That holds the charcoal.

Not enough heat
I hate it. Every time I try to cook something with it, I run out of heat before I can finish cooking. I even tried getting a lid for it, but still run out of heat. And it's a pain to clean.
