Voice is not coming from one side earphones. Please don't buy it. Product has replacement policy but customer has to take it himself to manufacturing shop. And they know that, no one is going to do that for such Rs 150 product Amazon is taking advantage of it. Zebronics company you should be check all products for packaging. Ignoring quality check in low cost products is not good. Also Amazon first of all why you allowing such low quality product in your list. And second it Amazon responsibility for take full responsibility of replacement whether product is of Rs 100 or 1000.

I got a damaged earphone with one side of it isn't working at all, the audio from it broken due to the damaged wire!.. But i love the sound quality & bass boost which make me feel like sitting in dream world and listening over around! Thanks ZEBRONICS for providing a best quality earphone under affordable price, but please try to send a product which is not damaged!.. I love your earphones and its W quality but i deeply requesting you ZEBRONICS & Team to send a product which isn't got damaged. Thanks onces again! Love you ZEBRONICS

Bought it last December. I mainly just used them at home and about three months ago the metallic looking part that connects to the actual earbud came off along with the wire. I was able to put it back in but it frequently kept coming apart. I took it to travel last week and I had it in my bag. One of the wires got cut probably because of the constant action of me putting it back together. They started malfunctioning then. If I didn't sit in a specific position or position it very well it would keep pausing my music, turning my volume up or down or turning on Google assistant without me ever touching the button. Such a hassle. Plus it was annoying from the start because the silicone tips of the earbuds kept falling off and I always had to be careful when taking them out every single time so I don't lose them. Sound quality was alright and the mic was bad. Even if I kept my mouth right in front of my mouth the recorded sound would be very low. I didn't expect the earphones to be of amazing quality given the prize but I didn't expect it to fall apart and malfunction the way it did before even a year had passed.
