Very fragile
The flower was good, but the entire item is very fragile. Fragile enough that I received it broken immediately upon opening the box. The packaging seemed adequate, but clearly wasn't.I sent an email directly to the company and heard nothing. After a week I initiated an exchange on Amazon. I received the replacement today and it was broken exactly the same way. Requested a refund.Sad, because my girlfriend really liked the item!
