It's not comes with battery and battery also draining very fast as compaire to other toys. You need to change battery after 10-15 days of usage.

Battery operated perfect for newborns
Hanging it above the crib of my new born and he loves the sounds and the Colors. Battery operated means you don’t have to keep twisting the keys like in the other ones.
