overall, really solid water bottle, still in use after the year i've had it and don't think i'll have to replace it for a long time. 5 stars, but i have nitpicks; the top is screw on, and it can be easy to think you've screwed the cap on correctly, but in reality, it leaks everywhere. the other nitpick is that the handle, over time, doesn't maintain its position (i.e. is affected by gravity) - this is not really a big deal tho otherwise, very good. VERY EASY TO CLEAN! refilling is a bit of a pain, but it's like a gallon of water at a time, what did you expect? it keeps stuff cold pretty well, also

I really use this cup, it’s handy that the whole lid can come off to clean the inside. No leaks, decent durability strong handle for carrying, retains cold well.

Really good quality construction, and very heavy-duty. Nearly vertical sides with a 4" opening at the top, so super easy to clean. No welding seams on the internal layer of the container. Very substantial and well-designed lid and pour spout, including the industrial-strength carrying handle. The half-gallon size is a perfect balance between size and portability. No leaks. This thing should last a lifetime!

I've had this a little over a month. I really like this water bottle, but the gasket in between the lid and the bottle is (unfortunately) super annoying. I am used to needing to remove, clean, dry, and reassemble these every time, but the design is more difficult than other water bottles that I have owned. I have done it wrong a few times, or overtightened it, and it leaked all over the place. Not impossible, but just be prepared for a little bit of a learning curve lol you kind of have to work it into the place it belongs, it does not just fall right into place. Kinda wish the threaded portion of the spout was inside the spout, rather than outside, for more comfortable drinking like other brands of bottles. Not a deal-breaker though. The gasket here is a little tricky to get out, but not bad at all. It's a little heavy when it's full, but that's what you're signing up for when you buy double wall stainless steel. It is a two-handed bottle for sure. On the bottle I received, the line between the edge of the top of the bottle, and the edge of the lid are not matching flush or parallel. The gap has always been crooked, but I don't think it effects the performance of the bottle. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it, and would probably buy it again for the price, but I don't think I could recommend it to someone that I knew didn't have the patience for tearing it apart to clean it thoroughly and wrestle to put it back together. I saw some near-identical ones at Aldi the other day, and the quality of those were noticeably awful in comparison. Just kinda bummed about that one gasket mainly.

I work outside and I live in Las Vegas and this thing is absolutely amazing. You have to be careful how much ice you put in it because it keeps your water so cold if there’s too much ice it limits how much water you have. Even when it’s 115° outside just a small amount of ice and this thing keeps your water freezing cold all day long.

I like the wide opening on this bottle it's a lot easier to clean. And the handle nice and sturdy. Thank you

GREAT! This thing is amazing. 8 months in and still no problems. If there ever was a leak it was my fault. has kept ice solid for 3 days! The giant mouth makes it actually possible to clean!

I purchased the same jug as my mom because I liked how it looked, but it leaks and so does hers so I returned mine. I was very sad because the bottle is very aesthetically pleasing to me.
